I personally quality control each piece before dispatching orders to make sure that they match the high standard I expect of myself. But if you find that you aren’t happy with your order, I would be happy to discuss this and try to work towards a solution.

I dispatch all my orders via Royal Mail First Class. Prints are dispatched in a either a flat back envelope or triangular postage tube. Wonky pots are sent in an a cardboard box with protective packaging, and scarves in an envelope. 


Unfortunately damages do happen from time to time in shipping and of course I am happy to try resolve this when they do. Get in touch if any of your orders have been damaged in delivery and I am happy to try resolve this.


Any damages that occur after delivery I can not be held accountable for. I am not able to cover misuse or accidental damage by the user, or theft. Please see the care card provided with your order on how to look after your purchases to avoid any accidental damages.


I will not be held accountable for any uncollected items from post office depots. If your order gets sent back to me, it will be your choice to pay for it to be re-sent.
